The technology in 50 year have been advanced a lot. The technological innovations that are looming on the horizon of the next fifty years will so change our lives today that only a change of global mentality can assimilate them.

 They point out that within 60 years we will see how nanotechnology and biotechnology will impact on our lives that today we will consider magical, but that will be normal for the children of our children, because our current time scale can only apprehend a small part of what is on the way.


2031-2035: possibility of slowing human metabolism to allow space travel, computers smarter than people, custom designed pets, games using real genetics, creation of "The Matrix" ...

 2036-2040: inauguration of the first space elevator, solar power stations, virtual showcases, first kilometer mecano-fractal ...

 2041-2045: first lunar city with regular ferry service, world population reaches 10 billion, wave energy covers 50% of demand in the UK ...

 2046-2050: a small colony of scientists is established on Mars in a self-sufficient city, artificial brain arrives, nuclear energy is imposed on fusion, minerals are extracted from asteroids,
2051 +: thoughts, feelings and memories are transferred to a computer, the hole in the ozone layer disappears, life expectancy reaches 100 years, telepathic communication is generalized, travel is achieved through time, collapse International financial, displacement of people in cyberspace ...

How people's lives should be diferent

Life would be much more comfortable because these new technologies will help us in basic and everyday jobs and therefore life will be simplified.

Most of the energy will be renewable, this would begin to decrease global warming. Non-renewable energies would be quite expensive.

Health and medicine will benefit greatly due to the implementation of nanotechnology.

 In short, people's lives would be much better

The Global Warning Global warming will be worse than now, because industries will go on polluting the world. This will create a serious environmental problem. This will increased temperatures around the world eight degrees Fahrenheit.
